Case study
This internal project focused on the relaunch of a website along with a migration from Magnolia CMS to Contentful, marking a strategic shift in our CMS tooling at RaySono AG.
The new stack was built around NextJS, chosen for its performance and seamless integration with Vercel, our deployment platform. Contentful, as a headless CMS, allowed us to work toward a more flexible architecture.
While the initial build was handled by another team, I joined the project later as a maintainer and contributed to expanding frontend functionality. This included extending existing React components, integrating external services, and improving the site’s interactivity.
I also focused on streamlining translation workflows, helping to align how multilingual content is structured, authored, and rendered across languages.
This project gave me valuable experience maintaining and extending a headless CMS setup while working within the constraints of an already-established codebase and architecture.
