Case study
This project involved building a dedicated campaign page for a global fast-food brand. While the majority of the content was static, the page required a custom Google Maps integration with a heavily stylized appearance to match campaign visuals.
I implemented an interactive map overlay with custom-styled pins and modal windows that provided detailed location info on click. Additionally, I developed a custom search bar filter that dynamically focused on relevant pins and scrolled the user to that area of the map.
While this wasn’t a large-scale project, it allowed me to strengthen my static site development skills while creating an engaging, branded user experience through direct manipulation of the Google Maps API.
This project deepened my comfort with interactive maps and front-end data binding, while also reinforcing the value of tight visual/UX integration in campaign-driven pages.
